Final Call for Entry Deadlines: Miami Film Festival
Programmers of the Miami International Film Festival (MIFF), produced and presented by Miami Dade College, are still accepting entries for the 30th edition, March 1 – 10, 2013. As the premiere venue in the U.S. for launching new Ibero-American cinema and an important showcase for international films entering the United States as well as American independent and documentary cinema, the Festival seeks the latest works by debut, emerging and veteran filmmakers for various competition and non-competition categories and genres, including features, documentaries, shorts, experimental cinema and Florida-centric stories.
MIFF strongly encourages and prefers submission via Withoutabox’s Secure Online Screener (SOS) system, a secure alternative to traditional hard-copy DVDs. Films submitting via this method will enjoy significant discounts on regular submission fees, and have an extended timeframe in which to submit the work.
