Slamdance Announces 2012 Lineup!
Slamdance Film Festival takes place from January 20, 2012 – January 26, 2012 and is always that delightfully indie event that we wait for year in and year out. They boiled down thousands of submissions and selected the creme of the crop for this year’s fest, check out the list of films (listed on Los Angeles Times, via Slamdance).
“Bindlestiffs”

Three smart-mouthed high school virgins, suspended from school on a graffiti charge, flee to the
inner city to live out the plot of “The Catcher in the Rye.”

“Comforting Skin”

A lonely young woman’s desperate need for emotional and physical companionship draws her
into a surreal and ultimately destructive relationship with a shifting and whispering tattoo she

“Doppelgänger Paul (or A Film About How Much I Hate Myself)”

“Faith, Love and Whiskey”

“Heavy Girls”
