Sarasota’s 36 Hour Giving Challenge
The 36 Hour Giving Challenge helps you support the Sarasota Film Festival through non-profit organizations. Taking place March 5th to March 6th (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), any and all donations to this landmark festival will aid in its continued showcase high-quality, topical and entertaining independent films.
A statement of the 36 Hour Giving Challenge, with more information available at http://www.sarasotafilmfestival.com:
“The Giving Challenge is an exciting 36 hour event that allows individuals to directly contribute to the community’s non-profits that make Sarasota and Manatee great,” says Kathy Jordan, Managing Director of the Sarasota Film Festival.Beginning on March 5th at 7:00 AM, you will have 36 hours to donate to the Sarasota Film Festival through the Giving Challenge. Please mark your calendar for that day and time, because a set amount of matching funds will be available at the start of the challenge. That means that for the first few minutes (if not longer) any donation you make will be matched by an outside party. For example, if you give us $25, we will get $50. But that is only until those matching funds run out, but you can keep giving for 36 hours and it all goes to a good cause.
To donate at any time during the 36 hour event, CLICK THIS LINK to donate to the Sarasota Film Festival. (It ends at 7:00 PM on March 6th.)
If you do not have money to donate but would still like to support us (or even if you have already donated), CLICK THIS LINK to view our Grant Profile. The non-profit that receives the most clicks will be awarded a sizable grant.
Thank you for your continued support.
