The Gotham Independent Film Awards, presented by the Independent Film Project (IFP), takes place tonight and is hosts an all star line up of the great indies of 2011.  From the soulful The Descendants starring George Clooney to the loving tale of Like Crazy, Gotham’s 2011 indie awards promise to be hard fought with any winner being quite deserving.
