ÉCU’S PARTNER “EARLY BIRD” Open for Submissions
Exciting news from the American Foundation for Bulgaria and the “Early Bird” European Student Film Festival! Slated for October 2012 in Sofia, Bulgaria, the festival invites you to participate in the selection for the program! Read the details below courtesy of the ÉCU Film Festival and participate in this exciting festival!
“Early Bird” is open for national and European participation. All students from European universities/schools, who have not still completed their education in film/tv are invited to enter for competition fiction, documentary or animation student films produced in the school.
The films sent for selection must be:
- Received by AFB by September 21th (Friday) 2012;
- Made during the last two school years 2010/2011 and 2011/2012;
- With subtitles in English;
- On Beta SP (DVD).
Please, send us also, information via e-mail: synopsis, the team which made the film, annotation, director’s CV, and pictures of the director and the film. We will use it in the official program of the festival.
Profile: “Early Bird” is a gathering of student filmmakers who wish to present their works in front of peers and European audience, share their knowledge and doubts and want to challenge the world.
The organizers will take care of the accommodation (hotel and meals) for the entire period of the festival for the participating non-Bulgarian schools.
