Remembering Sarah Watt

Tuesday, November 8th, 2011 by

Sarah Watt, most notable for her film Look Both Ways (2005) passed recently after a six-year bout with cancer.

Watt was highly regarded for her break out with short film work and found her niche with Looks Both Ways. After production she was diagnosed with breast cancer and, despite all the struggles involved, managed to produce yet another film.

A Year Without Sex (2009) was born from her creative way to approach conflict, and was well received. Watt was survived by her husband William McInnes and her two children and will be dearly missed.
