For independent film business looking to reach the next level in networking and marketing, there could be a new forum sheriff in town.  

The South by Southwest Film Festival will introduce a brand new event for SXSW Film 2013. Startup Alley is a special event that will shine a light on emerging film-related companies and business ventures, bringing together the startup, entrepreneur and investor communities within the SXSW Film Festival.

Panel programming, meet-ups, mentor sessions, and a reception will make up the content at the center of the SXSW Film Startup Alley. Events will take place at Austin Convention Center, at the heart of SXSW.
